Volkswagen has showcased the production ready model of the Tiguan in the global market. Just add a Audi batch and it is a Audi, just as simple as that. Hope it comes to India in a competitive price.

Exterior

This time the Tiguan is fully changed from every angle. The biggest change in the new Tiguan is the revised front profile that looks different and premium with the new connected LED headlamps in the newly designed bumper. Volkswagen may carry the same changes to the Indian Tiguan. The dimensions and looks are more or less the same but the alloy wheels may be different in the Indian Tiguan facelift.

The interior of the new Tiguan looks very different to the interior of the current Tiguan, and there are major changes. The interior looks totally reworked changed, now offering a new free standing bigger infotainment touchscreen in place of the old and smaller unit.

Volkswagen has also added more soft-touch materials and new seat cover designs in the interior of the new Tiguan for a more premium and fresh look, which may also be a part of the updated Tiguan SUV in India.

The rear of the Tiguan is totally different from the current generation and now has newly connected LED tail lamps, which are carried from the much pricey Audi models. Overall the facelifted Tiguan looks much more premium from inside and outside
