Jeep India introduced the new Jeep Grand Cherokee in India which is going to be a true competitor for RANGE ROVER SPORTS, Audi Q7, Mercedes Glc, BMW X5 and Volvo XC90. Grand Cherokee will be more premium and sophisticated  than its competitors.  Jeep Grand Cherokee comes with only petrol engine.

 Grand Cherokee will be more powerful and bigger than the Meridian and showcase true muscular looks . Jeep Grand Cherokee measures 4,914 mm of length, 1,979 mm of width and a height of 1,792 mm with a wheel base of 2,964 mm. This will make it highly stable and you will feel confident to push it on higher speed in highways. 

The seven slot grill in the car looks much more premium than the Meridian due to extra chrome inserts. This car will be equipped with panoramic sunroof, 360 degree camera, multiple airbags, and a chunk of safety features. It will definitely be equipped with 4WD with a automatic gear box. Grand Cherokee will be a boon to off roaders as jeep is known for its off-roading DNA. It will be offered in a single fully loaded variant whose ex- showroom cost will be Rs80.50 lakhs.

The Cabin is much more specious and premium and will be offered in dark tone color options. This car provides a very good commanding view on road due to its higher ground clearance making it a luxury off roader. Jeep Grand Cherokee has two infotainment screen, one for the co- driver and one in the middle making it unique and first in the segment car in India. Front seats are very comfortable will not bother you on long trips and middle row have boss mode functions. Third row seats are pretty useable also, which is very important aspect for seven seater SUV.
